Insurance coverage

The insurance guarantees medical care in Poland with the possibility of extending to the Schengen Area. The policy covers the costs of treatment during the stay, study and work, including manual work. The flexible offer allows you to purchase protection from 30 days up to even 1 year. In addition, under the insurance, you can purchase protection against the consequences of personal accidents (NNW) and civil liability (OC).

How to take out the insurance?

Insurance can be purchased by completing the application form available on the website. The application is available in three languages: Polish, English or Russian. The Polish Office for Foreigners usually accepts policies only in Polish. Once you pay the premium online using a bank card, we will send a document confirming the conclusion of the insurance contract (policy) to your e-mail address. The electronic policy must be printed out and attached to other visa documents or residence card in Poland.

The policy can only be purchased online. Our consultants provide telephone assistance also in English and Russian. You cannot take out or pay for the policy at our office. At the company’s headquarter we only issue documents confirming the conclusion of insurance – after making an appointment.

Yes, the insurance meets the conditions set out in the Act on foreigners of December 12, 2013. Colonnade Insurance SA is on the list of insurers meeting the all new conditions of the above-mentioned Act, which was published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
